Terms of Service
Last updated 21 August 2026
The short version
Whatever you make is yours. Use it commercially, sell it, publish it — no attribution required, no strings.
Pro costs $8 a month or $40 a year. Cancel any time and it runs to the end of the period you paid for.
The studios are provided as they are. Export anything you care about — your work lives in your browser, not on our servers.
1. Who provides this
These services are provided by Andy Legenki, an independent developer. “We” below means the same person. Contact:andylegenki@gmail.com.
By using legenki.com or any of the studios, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the services.
2. What you get
Four browser-based generative design studios — Grafema, Ritmo, Divix and Lumen. Part of each is free with no account. A Pro subscription unlocks the rest, as described on each studio’s page.
The studios run entirely in your browser. They are not a storage service: keeping your work is your responsibility, and the export buttons exist for exactly that.
3. Your work belongs to you
You own everything you create. We claim no rights over your output. You may use it for any purpose, including commercially, without attribution, licence fee or permission.
We do not hold your work, so we cannot see it, publish it or use it. The software itself, its source and its branding remain ours.
4. Accounts
Signing in uses your Google account; we do not hold a password for you. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
One account is for one person. Please do not share credentials to give several people paid access.
5. Subscriptions and payment
| Plan | Price | Renews |
|---|---|---|
| Pro Monthly | $8 USD | Every month |
| Pro Yearly | $40 USD | Every year |
Payment is taken by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country applies.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing portal in your account menu. Pro features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
Refunds
If the service does not work as described, write within14 days of payment and we will refund it. Beyond that we generally do not refund part-used periods, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, ask — we would rather resolve it than argue about it.
Consumers in the UK and EEA keep their statutory cancellation rights, which these terms do not limit.
Price changes
If prices change, existing subscribers are told at least 30 days before it affects their renewal, and can cancel first.
6. Fair use
Please do not:
- Resell or redistribute access to the studios themselves
- Attempt to bypass the Pro gate, or help others do so
- Reverse-engineer, copy or rebrand the software as your own product
- Attack the service, or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights
Accounts that do these things may be suspended. Making and selling artwork is not on this list — that is the point of the tools.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the studios running, but they are providedas they are, without any guarantee of uptime. Features may change or be withdrawn. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell subscribers.
If a studio is unavailable for a prolonged period during a paid subscription, get in touch and we will make it right.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for work you lose because your browser storage was cleared. Where we are liable, that liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights you hold by statute.
9. Ending the agreement
Stop using the services at any time; delete your account by writing to us. We may suspend an account that breaches section 6, and will explain why unless prevented by law.
10. Changes to these terms
The date at the top changes when these terms do. Material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated in the app before they take effect.
